When I first met James I knew immediately that he was the coach for me. After hearing him speak and knowing where I was in my business at the time, I was convinced we would be a good fit. For me it wasn’t about increasing my sales numbers but instead, maintaining by sales numbers and then creating more personal time. For many of us our work lives seem to take over our personal lives. Oftentimes we are so focused on our businesses that we never quite figure out how to get control of the day to day and week to week activities that tend to leave us with no time for ourselves and our families.
