Here's what James Lawson believes about business advisory work: the industry is built backwards.

James built Impact Business Solutions around a different model: advising is only half the solution. Before founding Impact Business Solutions, James spent 27 years in sales leadership across the technology sector including leading a $500M business unit across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with full P&L ownership and a 29-person organization.
